　曼谷旅遊升橙色警示　10大危險區切勿前往　泰國曼谷17日晚間遭受炸彈攻擊，造成百人死傷悲劇，前往泰國旅遊的民眾，須格外注意人身安全。同時，泰國政府發布10大危險區域，而香港已針對泰國發出紅色警訊，而我國外交部也於今(18)晚將旅遊警示提高至橙色，提醒須高度小心避免非必要旅行，赴泰旅客切勿著紅色或黃色衣物，以維護個人安全。

　　泰國曼谷市中心Central World商場的艾拉彎四面佛神廟附近，17日晚間驚傳爆炸，造成至少22人死亡、123人受傷，死者包括7名觀光客，分別來自中國大陸、香港、馬來西亞和新加坡等地。根據我國觀光局統計，目前有14個旅行團，共約275位台人在曼谷旅行，初步確認有5人受傷。

　　泰國政府揣測爆炸動機可能來自政治衝突、不滿政府機構改組、和國際恐怖主義等因素，並以「傷害外國人」為主要手段。目前其他觀光景點、飯店、餐廳、旅行社、百貨商場仍照常營業，包括BTS和MRT，廊曼機場(Don Muang)和蘇汪納蓬國際機場(Suvarnabhumi)的國內線與國際線航班等運輸系統，以及主要道路等皆正常運作。

　　泰國官方進一步公布10處危險區域，包含四面佛附近、群僑商業中心(MBK Center)附近、是隆路(Silom road)、考山路(Khao sarn road)、那拉提瓦路(Narathiwat road)、勝利紀念碑附近、軍營附近(Terk chai)、班哲希利公園(Benjasiri Park)、通羅街55路(thong lor road)，以及素坤逸路(Sukhumvit road)等地區。

　　香港保安局對曼谷發出紅色外遊警示，代表當地環境對旅客安全有明顯威脅，如非必要，避免前赴。而我國外交部也於晚間提升至橙色旅遊警示，屬高度小心避免非必要旅行的地區。

　　旅客若是想解除旅遊契約，必須依「國外旅遊定型化契約書」規定，以解約日距出發日期間長短，按旅遊費用百分比成數賠償旅行社。交通部觀光局則呼籲，民眾前往泰國盡量不要穿黃色或紅色衣服，避免涉入政治話題。
