曹西平只在乎工作 不怕沒朋友

曹西平個性急，說話狠，像機關槍掃射，地上屍橫遍野。他昨坦誠有焦慮症，但沒吃藥，游泳發洩壓力，「我沒有家累，我是為我自己拚，讓天上的爸媽知道我過得很好。」他常罵人，若罵錯人了會道歉嗎？他說很少跟人道歉：「如果真錯了，我會很誠心的跟對方道歉！」

他接中天《背包踐客》時，要求製作單位不能做假內容，「我也要揭露藝人的真面目，只要我看不過去的，我會不留餘地直接嗆。」不擔心演藝圈沒朋友？「我只想做我自己，不在乎友情，只在乎工作。」

《背包踐客》製作人張那祈昨說：「一般人可能覺得他亂槍掃射，如果了解他，會知道他很『真』，這也是找他主持的原因，只要他不做人身攻擊即可。」曹答應主持前失眠兩周，答應後，幾乎每晚打電話跟他討論節目內容，也力邀吳宗憲上節目圓夢，「很少看到藝人這麼拚命，被他的熱情所感動。」
